Our Structure
Real Pride Network is a State of Washington Nonprofit Corporation. We are recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 public charity.
North American Organization
Our geographic focus is the United States and Canada given our many shared real estate practices and networks. However, we welcome international members from around the world.
Governance
Real Pride Network is an all volunteer organization, including its Board of Directors. RPN held its first election for Directors in 2021 and is in the midst of transitioning, in a sustainable manner, from its founding Board of Directors, to an all elected board moving forward. Directors are individual members of Real Pride Network, are unpaid for their work, and shall be elected from amongst our general membership.
Member-driven organization
Real Pride Network is a member-driven public charity, which is underpinned by core values of accountability, transparency, inclusion and professionalism. We invite any member, who wants to help the organization build its capacity, to reach out to the founding Board of Directors today to get involved.
